My experience
I am a seasoned design and innovation leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling multidisciplinary design teams to create impactful digital products, services and propositions. My expertise spans product, UX, interaction, service and strategic design, blending customer needs with business and technology to deliver innovative, human-centred solutions with impact.
I have built and led design teams in startups, agencies, consultancies, and global corporations, driving strategic initiatives from 0-1 innovation to large-scale digital transformation. My leadership roles at BCG, Barclays, and Great Fridays have shaped product and design strategies for leading brands, including VMO2, Hargreaves Lansdown, Vodafone, Vanguard, Universal Music Group, Barclays, Diageo, Shell, Aviva, Saint Gobain, MasterCard and Pearson amongst many others.
